YEREVAN, DECEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS. One of Armenia’s key achievements of this year is the signing of the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA), Giro Manoyan - Director of the International Secretariat of the ARF Bureau, told reporters on December 15.  

“Armenia signed this agreement as a member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). This is unique since an EAEU member state signed such agreement with the European Union. Both the EU and EAEU, as well as Iran have great expectations from the signing of the Armenia-EU agreement”, he said.

According to Giro Manoyan, Armenia never had a goal to be in one camp against another camp.

“Having good relations with all Armenia has tried to act a bridge. I think this agreement will provide that opportunity”, Manoyan said.
