Kansas Army National Guard engineers to renovate three institutions in Armenia

YEREVAN, AUGUST 5, ARMENPRESS. Kansas Army National Guard engineers will conduct renovation activities in Armenia for two weeks. They will conduct the works at an elderly institute, a hospital delivery ward and an emergency management center. “Armenpress” reports that the facebook page of the US Embassy in Armenia informs about this. “Covering more than 9200 kms the team of KSNG Air and Army engineers, from the 891st Engineer Battalion, 184th Civil Engineer Squadron, and 190th Civil Engineer Squadron, will spend the next two weeks renovating an elderly institute, hospital delivery ward, and emergency operations center. The KSNG engineers working with their Armenian civilian counterparts will improve the quality of life for the patrons of these three facilities”, is mentioned in the note.

The initiative is funded by the US EUCOM’s Humanitarian Civic Assistance program.
