Works of authors perished due to Armenian Genocide to be enclosed in anthology

YEREVAN, MARCH 3, ARMENPRESS. The works of classic authors, who became victims of the Armenian Genocide, will be published in one anthology.

The Chairman of the Writers’ Union of Armenia Edward Militonyan stated this at the course of the press conference held on March 3. Among other things, the Chairman of the Writers’ Union of Armenia Edward Militonyan underscored that the anthologies will be introduced to the public in several languages.

As reports “Armenpress”, the Chairman of the Writers’ Union of Armenia Edward Militonyan underscored: “The works by the perished authors must be translated into German, French, English, and Russian languages. They include works by Varuzhan and Siamanto. The anthologies will be published at the course of the current year.” In addition, Militonyan noted that there is a wish to introduce these authors for Nobel Prize.
