YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 30, ARMENPRESS. His Holiness Karekin II, the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, started his pontifical visit to Singapore on September 28. The Press, Information, and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia informed “Armenpress” that within the framework of the pontifical visit, a Devine Liturgy was served in Singapore’s St. Gregory the Illuminator Church. Following the ceremony, the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II blessed the two cross-stones dedicated to the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims, as well as the Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Australia and New Zealand Archbishop Aghan Baliozian, of holy memory.
