The paper says director of the Europe program of the International Crisis Group Sabine Freizer stated that Azerbaijan has agreed to withdraw snipers from the front line and create a mechanism of investigation of incidents. The paper says according to the expert all the conflicting parties, including the authorities of Nagorno Karabakh must come into agreement on providing big authorities to the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group. "For achieving success the Azerbaijanis must have thrice more quantity while today the armed forces of Azerbaijan reach 95 thousand and the Armenian one 70 000," the paper cited her as saying. "There will be no light war," Freizer stated, adding that apart of all the launch of the military activities will darken the South Caucasus in the eyes of the West as an alternative transit area in respect of its status.
