YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS:

"The man, the Literary Critic and the Thinker" book, dedicated to art critic Nshan Muradyan, united distinguished literary figures. The presentation of the book was held November 25 in Armenian Writers Union.

"Nshan Muradyan is our senior friend, who has not only managed to be remembered in Armenian literature, but has also displayed true heroism," said Director of Manuk Abeghyan Yerevan Institute of Literature Avik Isahakyan. It was heroism that working at the Museum of Literature and Arts, being a junior scientific employee, during the years of Stalin despotism Muradyan saved and concealed the portrait of Yegishe Charents by Martiros Saryan, which is an exclusive cultural value.

"The man, the Literary Critic and the Thinker" book includes not only Nshan Muradyan's works, but also the articles and memories of writers Margo Ghukasyan, Liparit Sargsyan, Suren Muradyan and others about the author.

"The man, the Literary Critic and the Thinker" book is the joint publication of the NAS Arts Institute and Armenian Writers Union, and the materials included in it have been compiled and worked out by Muradyan's daughter – Arpik Muradyan.
