Doing Business-2017 draft action plan discussed at Government

YEREVAN, MAY 24, ARMENPRESS. A discussion on the draft 2017 action plan of Doing Business in Armenia was held in the Government led by Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan, press service of the Government told Armenpress.

In particular, the steps aimed at simplifying the administrative procedures for running and developing a business, promoting SMEs, protection of investors, receiving construction permissions, constant installation of electronic systems, availability of loans, property registration, improving infrastructure performance figures were presented.

The PM tasked the acting Minister of Economic Development and Investments to discuss the draft action plan with the business community representatives and international partners, to amend them within short period of time, and to submit the final version to the Government together with proposals of interested agencies.
