Putin awards Armenian Foreign Minister with “Order of Friendship”

YEREVAN, AUGUST 26, ARMENPRESS. Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian with “Order of Friendship”. “Armenpress” reports the Presidential decree mentions that the Armenian Foreign Minister is awarded “for his great contribution to strengthening the friendship and cooperation with the Russian Federation”.

Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People’s Republic of China Zhang Dejiang, Chairwoman of the Lao National Assembly Pany Yathotou and others have also been awarded with the same Order.
