YEREVAN, MAY 22, ARMENPRESS: No document will be signed during the visit of the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group (Ambassadors Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, Jacques Faure of France and Ian Kelly of the United States of America) to the region. As Armenpress was reported by Davit Babayan, the Spokesperson of the Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan: “This time the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group will not visit Artsakh and will not sign any document. Elmar Mamedyarov as well announced that by the completion of the presidential elections to be held in the end of the year in Azerbaijan, the negotiations process will be quite passive”, - said David Babayan, adding that the visit of the Co-Chairs to the region is regular and will be short-term.
The Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group will visit the region on May 22. On May 24 they will arrive in Yerevan. The Ambassadors Igor Popov (Russian Federation), Jacques Faure (France) and Ian Kelly (United States of America) will be hosted by the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan. The Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group are intended to meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan. Igor Popov, Jacques Faure and Ian Kelly last visited Armenia on March 21.
