Newly appointed Russian Ambassador is already in Armenia

YEREVAN, MAY 21, ARMENPRESS: Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russian Federation to Armenia Ivan Volkin is already in Armenia. As Armenpress was informed from Russian Embassy to Armenia newly appointed Ambassador arrived in Armenia on May 17.

Ivan Volinkin was appointed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on May 22. Earlier Volinkin occupied the post of Deputy Head of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
