YEREVAN, MAY 18, ARMENPRESS: The member of the Armenian national football team Henrikh Mkhitaryan remains in Shakhtar. This was declared by the Chief Coach of Shakhtar Donetsk Mircea Lucescu. As reported by Armenpress, quoting the itasportpress, Lucescu stated that Mkhitaryan is a quiet important player for them.

“Juventus should change its transfer objectives. The Armenian footballer remains in Donetsk and we will not give him to anyone. We aim at succeeding in the Champions League. Henrikh Mkhitaryan is a young and interesting football player, who is gradually growing”, - said the Chief Coach of Shakhtar Donetsk Mircea Lucescu.

The midfielder of the Armenian national football team and the Shakhtar Donetsk Henrikh Mkhitaryan had expressed his wish to transfer to a new club. The football clubs of Juventus and Liverpool are interested in the Armenian football player. In 2010 Mkhitaryan transferred to Shakhtar from Metalurg, another Ukrainian club of Donetsk. In Shakhtar the Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan managed to become champion and cup holder of Ukraine.
