Armenia's PM hosted Ambassador of Switzerland

YEREVAN, MAY 14, ARMENPRESS. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan hosted the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Switzerland to the Republic of Armenia Konstantin Obolensky, who finishes his diplomatic mission in our country. The Press and Public Relations Department of the Government of the Republic of Armenia informed "Armenpress" that the Prime Minister highly appreciated the activity of the Ambassador aimed at the development of the Armenian-Swiss relations. Also Tigran Sargsyan highlighted: "A steadfast foundation for the expansion of the Armenian-Swiss ties has been laid during these years. The experience of Switzerland in the development of various spheres is a good example for us; hence the strengthening of bilateral cooperation is of a certain importance for us."

Among other things the interlocutors laid a heavy emphasis on the projects of the development of rural communities and cattle-breeding in the Province of Syunik, which target support to the farm economies.

The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador for the implementation of various programs in Armenia and wished him success.
