French Ambassador Henri Reynaud is glad about Carrefour entrance to Armenian Market

YEREVAN, APRIL 9, ARMENPRESS: The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to the Republic of Armenia Henri Reynaud is glad that the Carrefour French Network of supermarkets will enter the Armenian market. As the Ambassador reported the journalists, Carrefour was currently studying the Armenian market. “We are very happy that the Network comes to Armenia. Negotiations have already been held with the Armenian high-ranked officials and there is a positive attitude”, - said the Ambassador Henri Reynaud.
The roadmap of Carrefour French Network of supermarkets to enter the Armenia’s market has already been developed. The Secretary of the Armenia’s National Security Council, the Leader of the pro-government Rule of Law party Arthur Baghdasaryan declared that Carrefour would enter Armenia during this year.
The Secretary of the Armenia’s National Security Council met with the representatives of Carrefour to express his support. “This network of French supermarkets will have to enter the Armenian market by all means, in the result of which our local producers will have the opportunity to join the international marketplace. It will foster the strengthening of competitiveness, weakness of monopolies and economic liberalization”, - said Arthur Baghdasaryan.
