Armenia recorded progress in children's rights defense sphere

YEREVAN, MARCH 28, ARMENPRESS. The European Commission along with the EU Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Office publicized the annual report on the progress of the Republic of Armenia in the EU neighborhood action plan for 2012. The Armenian Office of World Vision company informed "Armenpress" that touching upon the issue of the children's right protection, the reports recorded progress regarding the availability of schools for the whole children due to the expansion of the introductory schools and preparatory classes network in the villages. World Vision Armenia, having a good experience in the sphere of children's rights protection, welcomes the progress recorded by the EU in a row of spheres provisioned in the actions' plan.

The EU is the central player in the sphere of children's rights protection reforms not only in Armenia, but in a number of other countries as well. World Vision Armenia highly appreciates the practical support and efforts made by the EU aimed at the perpetual reforms in the sphere of children's rights defense.
