EBRD to provide Armenia with 5 million euro credit aimed to “Yerevan Underground” reconstruction

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 9, ARMENPRESS: During the November 9 sitting of National Assembly Standing Commission on Economic Affairs Deputy Minister of Finances Vardan Aramyan presented the agreement with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) signed on August 3, 2012 which was aimed to finance the reconstruction of Yerevan Underground.
As Armenpress was informed from informational and public relations department of NA, Armenia Minister of Finances Vardan Aramyan had presented to the Commission approval two agreements.
According to the agreement Armenian republic will be provided with 5 million euro credit for reconstruction of metro tunnels, improvement of stations and official buildings, wagons modernization and the renovation of the drainage tunnel.
Commission endorsed to include the agreements in the agenda of four-day sittings.
