YEREVAN, AUGUST 7, ARMENPRESS: Armenian national air carrier ‘’ Armavia’’ company is scheduled to conduct Yerevan-Aleppo-Yerevan additional second flight. ‘’Armavia’’ company press service informed Armenpress, that simultaneously regular flights are being implemented.
‘’Armavia’’ company since July 9 up to August 6 has carried out overall 6 flights in Yerevan-Aleppo-Yerevan direction: 5 out of which regular and 1 additional flight. 724 passengers travelled by those flights, 131 passengers to Yerevan-Aleppo line, 593 ones to Aleppo-Yerevan line.
On July 9 45 people left Yerevan for Aleppo and 94 people have arrived by Boeing aircraft. Reportedly July 16- 32 left, 104 arrived, July 23 -16 left, 105 arruved, July 30 -20 passengers left and 139 arrived by Airbus aircraft. On August 2 by additional flight 17 arrived by SAG -200 aircraft, in August 6 by regular flight 17 left and 101 arrived by Boeing aircraft.
National air carrier had specially restored Yerevan-Aleppo-Yerevan flight since July 9, conditioned by observed explosive situation in Syria.
