Little time left to final settlement of Tumanyan’s Tbilisi apartment issue

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 22, ARMENPRESS: Purchase and sale transaction of Tbilisi apartment of All-Armenian Poet Hovhannes Tumanyan will be conducted February 23.

Chairman of Writers Union of Armenia Levon Ananyan told Armenpress that conduction of the final transaction is intended tomorrow morning. And today translation of relevant documents is underway.

To remind, apartment's owner Archil Lezhava estimated his dwelling territory $ 145 thousand. Ghukasyan brothers agreed to it. Only after implementation of the transaction it will be clear how the repair issue will be resolved and what will be the function of the territory.
