Number of service centers of State Registration to increase

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 22, ARMENPRESS: The territory of the State Registration of Legal Entities is being enlarged to avoid queues. Speaking to reporters today at Armenpress press center, deputy justice minister Aram Orbelyan noted that all the changes have been introduced in 2011 – the application of electronic registration system, provision of services through one-window principle, the opening of new center in Yerevan.

"The number of 12 service centers will increase reaching 15 which will result in the considerable reduction of queues. Works are being carried out to cut registration time," Orbelyan said. He noted that on February 23 the cabinet will discuss the edited text of the law on registration of legal entities which will probably be discussed in the NA. Works are also being conducted with the personnel. If last year there were technical issues connected with the applying of the system, certain issues raised with personnel, now classes for the staff are being conducted to increase the quality of services.

The system of electronic signatures will also be applied. Thanks to it no difficulties will be created for starting any transaction. The deputy justice minister said there are certain issues but they may be solved with the investment of windows.
