Armenia and Lebanon will develop cooperation both in bilateral format and within the framework of international organizations, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan said at a joint news conference with his Lebanese counterpart Michel Suleiman.
The Armenian president highlighted the cooperation between the two countries. "There are many issues where we may be useful for each other. We are small countries. Both Armenia and Lebanon have security issues," Serzh Sargsyan noted.
He also rated high the cooperation between the two countries in the spheres of culture and economy, pointing out that Armenia and Lebanon have free economies which create opportunity to develop economic relations.
