YEREVAN, JUNE 10, ARMENPRESS: Vahram Atanesyan, chairman of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic National Assembly Standing Committee of Foreign Affairs, says he does not expect any agreement on fundamental principles after the upcoming Kazan meeting of the presidents of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan.
He said today at a news conference in Yerevan that a final agreement will not be reached, as Azerbaijan will not sign a document, where it will assume an obligation on non-use of force. "In case Azerbaijan agrees, it means, it will open way for the de jure recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic," Vahram Atanesyan said.
