YEREVAN, DECEMBER 1, ARMENPRESS:Armenian foreign minister Vartan Oskanian said hate murders of Armenians in the Russian Federation could not affect the Armenian-Russian relationships, which he described as ‘deep-rooted and strategic’, but he added that murders of Armenians in Russia are a serious concern for Armenian authorities who raise it in the course of its dialogue with Russia. Oskanian said racially motivated attacks were a serious problem for Russia, where not only Armenians but also people of other descent become victims of hate murders. He said Russia must take swift action to prevent such murders.
