YEREVAN, OCTOBER 18, ARMENPRESS:The executive director of Hayastan All-Armenia Fund, Naira Melkumian, shrugged off today media allegations that the Fund’s projects in Nagorno- Karabakh were a failure. She said the Fund undergoes two audits a year and the Board of its Trustees is fully pleased with its transparence and openness. She also denied allegation about holding tenders with false documents, saying there is a special procedure for tenders. She said head of a New York chapter of the Fund examined all papers of the Fund on September 25-26 finding no abuse or breach.
