YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan attended the opening ceremony of the "25 years of the NKR (Artsakh) Statehood: Achievements and Modern Challenges" international youth conference on September 16, press service of the NKR Presidential administration informed “Armenpress”.

In his welcoming speech the NKR President called this initiative a good opportunity for conducting thorough research on the Karabakh issue and presenting it to the outer world.

"Scientific analysis of the formation history of our state and impeccability of its legal bases, its security, domestic and foreign policies, as well as difficult and complicated issues that our people had to solve during all these years are considered to be the important experience and actual materials that should be at the basis of both comprehending the reasons of our republic's formation and its existence”, the NKR President said.
