YEREVAN, May 27, ARMENPRESS.  The trial of Valery Permyakov continues in Gyumri city.

During the previous trial session, the Court refused to summon Avetisyans’ neighbors to court.

A serviceman of the 102nd Russian military base of Gyumri, Ashot Karapetyan, will testify during the trial.

According to the lawyer, Karapetyan is one of the first to have arrived at the murder scene.

Valery Permyakov, Russian soldier of the 102nd Russian military base had murdered 7 members of the Avetisyan family on January 12, 2015 in Gyumri.

During previous trials Permyakov has plead guilty.

The Russian side sentenced Permyakov to 10 years imprisonment for desertion and illegal possession of a firearm.
