YEREVAN, APRIL 3, ARMENPRESS.  The Azerbaijani army has committed a war crime in the territory of Nagorno Karabakh Republic. Hetq.am has published the results of Azerbaijani barbarism in Talish village. According to the photos published by Hetq, Azerbaijani soldiers shot Valera Khalapyan and his wife Razmela to death in their home and then cut off their ears. Azerbaijani soldiers also executed Marousya Khalapyan, born 1924.

Talish is located in the northern north-eastern part of Nagorno Karabakh.
