Armenian Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan informed about this on November 25, during the interview with journalists.

““New Program” project’s Armenian, Russian and Maltese participants’ united concert was held in Malta which was headed by Malta President. We received congratulatory letters yesterday for supporting this project,” Minister of Culture emphasized with satisfaction.
