Javid Gurbanov: There are financial problems connected with Tbilisi-Kars railway construction
13:48, 13 October, 2015YEREVAN, OCTOBER 13, ARMENPRESS. Chairman of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC Javid Gurbanov says there are problems in funding Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project.
“Armenpress” reports referring to APA news agency that 60% of works on Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project have been completed, chairman of the Azerbaijan Railways CJSC Javid Gurbanov said.
“The railroad up to Kars has almost been completed. We have little financial problems. But we’ll solve this issue too”, he added.
