YEREVAN, OCTOBER 8, ARMENPRESS. Armenia adopts the open door policy of involving investments.  On October 8, Armenian government approved the concept of investment policy and the schedule of festivals. Armenian Minister of Economy Karen Chshmaritian introduced it.

According to his speech, the document was formed by the International financial corporation and by Economic Ministry. “The concept of investment policy comes from the necessity to consolidate several important principles. Definition of main principles is necessary for leading the investment policy, which will become a landmark for forming normative acts and atmosphere for the development of the economy and economic policy”, Karen Chshmaritian said during the brief with journalists. According to his speech, Armenian government will highlight the principle of open door policy, which has been fulfilled till now, but was not fixed in the documents.
