YEREVAN, OCTOBER 7, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan is not agree with the former Armenian President Robert Kocharian over constitutional reforms. During the interview with journalists in National Assembly, Hovik Abrahamyan mentioned that views can be different over that issue, adding that political consolidation exists in the issue of constitutional reforms. “The project of constitutional reforms of the National Assembly states about it. And I agree that the constitutional reforms are implemented relevantly and in time”, emphasized PM, as”Armenpress” reports.

Referring to the observation as if former president’s spokesman already announced that Robert kocharian may participate in 2017 Parliamentary elections with his team, Hovik Abrahamyan noticed that he does not exclude anything in politics.
