YEREVAN, 30 MAY, ARMENPRESS. On the beginning of the muster of the Multilevel Command and Staff Exercises, on 30 May, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan visited the 5th military unit. The Minister was accompanied by the Deputy Chief of Armed Forces General Staff, Lieutenant-General Lyova Mnatsakanyan, the Chief of the staff of the Ministry of Defense Garnik Hayrapetyan and other senior officers.

As "Armenpress" was informed by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, according to the preparedness plan of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, on 30 May, multilevel Command and Staff exercises were launched with the involvement of military detachments and reinforcement forces. The forces of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, the Police units of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the representatives of the local self-government bodies were involved in the exercises.
