YEREVAN, 23 JANUARY, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijan is concealing information about the dozens of victims that it has suffered as a result of its provocations. This is what Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan mentioned.

As the Department of Press, Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia reports to “Armenpress”, Kochayan gave the following response to a question from news.am’s correspondent: “Due to the provocations that Azerbaijan has been making since the New Year, the situation on the border with Armenia and along the line of contact with Artsakh has become intensified and has caused losses. What are the motives?” Kocharyan went on and emphasized the following:

“The Azerbaijani authorities are concealing information about the dozens of victims that they have suffered as a result of their provocations. The regime in Baku is paying for staying in power longer and getting wealthier at the expense of the people of Azerbaijan with the blood of its young soldiers, making new provocations. We express deep condolences to the families and close ones of the deceased soldiers.  Every loss of the Armenian sides is a deep pain for us.”
