YEREVAN, OCTOBER 1, ARMENPRESS: On 1 October the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding the "Mesrop Mashtots" order to the philanthropist Gerald Turpanjian (the United States of America) for the services shown to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
