As reports “Armenpress”, the U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Ambassador James Warlick made a note on this in his Twitter page. The U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Ambassador James Warlick posted a photo of Sarsang reservoir and stated: “This is Sarsang reservoir. It would be a positive step if the sides could jointly manage water resources.”
