STEPANAKERT, APRIL 2, ARMENPRESS: The President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on April 2 received Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan.

General Department of Information of Artsakh Republic informed Armenpress that a number of issues related to army construction and cooperation between the two Armenian states in this sphere were discussed during the meeting.  Defense Minister of Artsakh Republic Movses Hakobyan attended the meeting.
