YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS. In the sidelines of the visit of the delegation led by Minister of Education and Science of Armenia Levon Mkrtchyan to the People's Republic of China (PRC), a meeting between the Armenian Minister and his Chinese counterpart Chen Baosheng took place.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia, the two ministers discussed in detail the prospects of the Chinese school under construction in Armenia, highlighted the issue of conveying a regional importance to the school as well as other educational issues. The Armenian Minister thanked for the support by the Chinese side to the construction of the Yerevan-based Chinese school. The Chinese Minister of Education reaffirmed the agreement of giving a status of permanent profession to the “Armenian language” subject at the Beijing Foreign Studies University.
