223 billion AMD to be allocated for pensions under 2017 budget
10:58, 2 November 2016YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS. 223 billion 469 thousand AMD is planned to be allocated for pensions under the 2017 state budget draft, First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan said during parliamentary debates of the budget.
“459 thousand 682 pensioners are registered in Armenia. The average monthly pension comprises 40 thousand 511 AMD. These are highly averaged numbers, since we have different groups of pensioners”, he said.
He added that 79 billion AMD is planned to be allocated for benefits under the 2017 budget.
