YEREVAN, OCTOBER 27, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire around 20 times in the Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact, the Defense Ministry of Nagorno Karabakh told ARMENPRESS.

The ministry’s statement reads: “Overnight October 26-27 Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire regime around 20 times in the Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact. Azerbaijani forces fired more than 200 shots from various caliber small arms at Armenian positions. In addition to firing small arms, Azerbaijani forces also engaged automatic grenade launchers AGS 17 (12 grenades) and RPG-7 shoulder launched anti-tank grenade launchers (2 grenades).

The Defense Army forces took countermeasures to suppress the attack and confidently continued carrying out their military duties.”
