Armenian chess player Levon Aronian to take part in Tal Memorial
11:20, 6 September 2016YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 6, ARMENPRESS. The 10th edition of the international tournament named after the 8th World Champion Mikhail Tal will be played in the Museum of Russian Impressionism on September 25 in Moscow.
Armenian chess player Levon Aronian will take part in the event.
The tournament will become the sixth event of the Chess in Museums project, press service of the Armenian Chess Federation told “Armenpress”.
Beside Levon Aronian, former World Champions Vishy Anand and Vladimir Kramnik have already confirmed their participation in the event.
Anish Giri, Boris Gelfand, Peter Svidler and 4 other chess players will also participate in the tournament.
