Permyakov trial: 450 thousand Euros sought in compensation
16:07, 27 May 2016YEREVAN, MAY 27, ARMENPRESS. The next session of the Valery Permyakov trial is scheduled for June 30th.
The reason for postponing the session is the translation of the lawsuit claim and presenting the addressee.
The lawsuit claim has been filed by the lawyer of the successors of the Avetisyan family.
The claim was prepared taking into account numerous international laws, considering the sustained moral damage.
The claim seeks 450 thousand Euros in compensation from the Russian Federation.
Valery Permyakov, Russian soldier of the 102nd Russian military base murdered 7 members of the Avetisyan family on January 12, 2015 in Gyumri.
During previous trials Permyakov has plead guilty.
The Russian side sentenced Permyakov to 10 years imprisonment for desertion and illegal possession of a firearm.
Trials continue in Gyumri city.
