1400 people received state-funded cardiac surgery in 2015
12:15, 27 May 2016YEREVAN, MAY 27, ARMENPRESS. Deputy Healthcare Minister Vahan Poghosyan says 1400 people have used the state-funded cardiac surgery program in 2015 in Armenia.
“We have expanded the budget resources for similar surgeries, in 2015, 1400 people used the program and it continues proceeding in 2016 as well”, he said.
According to him, the state-funded surgeries are performed in 12 hospitals of Armenia, including in Gyumri and in Syunik Province.
