YEREVAN, MAY 26, ARMENPRESS. All working documents related to the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict include a point which emphasizes that the NKR should participate in the negotiations, “Armenpress” reports, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said on May 26 during the National Assembly session.

“All working documents, which were discussed, negotiated and kept in the office of the general secretariat, include a point according to which the Nagorno Karabakh must take part at the negotiations, and it is impossible to sign any document, agreement without the NKR’s participation”, Foreign Minister stated.
