YEREVAN, APRIL 28, ARMENPRESS. “Inecobank” CJSC and “ProCredit Bank” CJSC have taken a decision on merging and signed a relevant agreement. “Armenpress” was informed about this from the press service of Armenian Central Bank, the press release of which runs as follows, “The Board of the Central Bank  ratified and registered the agreement between “Inecobank” CJSC (Remaining Bank) and “ProCredit Bank” CJSC (Merging Bank).

After the implementation of the responsibilities defined by the agreement, “Inecobank” CJSC and “ProCredit Bank” CJSC will submit a petition to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for registering the completion of the merging process. As a result of merging, “Inecobank” CJSC will operate in Armenia, which will be the successor of “ProCredit Bank” CJSC”.
