CSTO Secretary General: Karabakh tensions are not de-escalating
12:51, 28 April 2016YEREVAN, APRIL 28, ARMENPRESS. CSTO Secretary General N. Bordyuzha said on April 28 tensions in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict are not de-escalating.
“The risks of escalations of the so called frozen conflict are still present, recently very sharply. And unfortunately the tensions of the armed confrontation aren’t de-escalating,” he said during the Moscow International Security conference.
The Secretary General added that CSTO is forming counterterrorism mechanisms and is especially focused on its military component.
