YEREVAN, APRIL 18, ARMENPRESS. On April 24 the Armenians of Lebanon will hold a big rally in the Martyr’s square, Beirut, “Armenpress” was informed about this by chief editor of "Azdak" Daily of Lebanon Shahan Gantaharian.

The united staff of three Armenian political parties is already ready which will coordinate the ceremonies to be taken on April. Numerous youth ceremonies devoted to the 101th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide are underway. The Armenian community will gather in front of the Martyr’s square in Beirut on April 24. That day the representatives of the political parties will make statements which will be in accordance with the provisions of the Pan-Armenian Declaration adopted in the 100th anniversary of the Armenian genocide. The issue will be raised relating to the elimination of the Armenian Genocide consequences and territorial demands”, said Shahan Gantaharian.

Youth wings of three Armenian political parties are going to hold a protest in front of the Turkish Embassy in Lebanon. They will also present the Armenian nations’ demands there.

“These days the representatives of the Armenian National Committee visit foreign embassies, give letters related to the Azerbaijani military operations. Azerbaijan is an aggressor; we reveal its real face. The representatives present facts to embassies. Besides, they highlight the right to self-determination of Artsakh Armenians. It turns out that these days we reveal the face of Azerbaijan on the one hand, on the other hand we present our demands to eliminate the consequences of the Armenian Genocide”, said Shahan Gantaharian.
