Protest held outside Embassy of Azerbaijan in Greece
YEREVAN, APRIL 3, ARMENPRESS. The ARF Armenian National Committee of Greece held a protest-demonstration on April 3 outside the Azerbaijani Embassy in Athens. As “Armenpress” reports, the protesters have risen the flags of Armenia and Artsakh, and shouted “Aliyev, stop aggression towards Artsakh”, “Artsakh is independent” and other slogans. More than 300 people attended the protest.
The demonstrators put a protest-letter in the Azerbaijani Embassy’s mailbox and sent a copy to the Embassy’s email. During the 1 and a half hour long protest-demonstration, the protesters presented information to many passersby, including both Greek and foreigners, regarding the recent large-scale Azerbaijani military attacks in Artsakh.
The Azerbaijani Embassy is located in the city center’s busiest street –Vasilis Sofias street.
