President delivered speech over implementation of the Constitutional changes
19:31, 12 February 2016YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 12, ARMENPRESS. The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan hosted top officials of legislative, executive and judicial powers, as well as high ranking officials of territorial administration and local self-government bodies on February 12.
As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of Republic of Armenia President’s Office, the President delivered a speech over the implementation of the Constitutional changes.
