"Dear Police officers and veterans,

On behalf of the Artsakh Republic authorities and myself personally I convey cordial congratulations on your professional holiday, the Police Officer Day. 

The work you carry out to guard national security, maintain public order and ensure public safety, prevent and deter crime and violations of law, detect and disclose offenses is full of challenges and responsibility. 

This is precisely why the policemen are required to adopt all-out effort and show profound devotion to their profession, native people and the Homeland, exercise duties with enhanced skills and efficiently solve the set tasks. 
Issues of improving working and social conditions of police staff will further on be in the limelight of the state.
