Second pilot of crashed Mi-8 helicopter is Armenian
YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. 53-year-old Levon Tananyan was the second pilot of the crashed Mi-8 helicopter in the north of Krasnoyarsk Krai.
As “Armenpress” reports, LifeNews informs about the mentioned above. According to Russian Media, the helicopters’ staff involved Turukhan Aviation Company’s most experienced workers. 54-year-old Commander Alexander Monakhov made 9 thousand and 19 hours flight and the second pilot 53-year-old Levon Tananyan—9 thousand and 383 hours fight.
15 people were killed as the Mi-8 helicopter crashed including the hellicopter’s staff. 10 people are in intensive care unit.
According to Media, the initial hypothesis for the cause of the accident is the technical disrepair of the helicopter.
