Government gave negative opinion on a group of MPs’ draft
11:41, 26 November 2015YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. Armenian government gave a negative opinion on “Amendments to the Code of Laws of the Republic of Armenia over administrative legal violations” Armenian Republic draft law presented by a group of MPs of the National Assembly and proposed the authors to remain abstained from the discussion of legal initiative during the current stage.
As “Armenpress” reports, Armenian Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan mentioned that the draft offers to reduce most common and less dangerous to the public penalties for traffic offenses.
According to the minister, the new draft of the Code of Laws on Armenian republic’s legal violations is currently being formed.
