YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS. The owner of the house on Street N 9 of Nork-Marash Administrative district had rented out the house to the armed criminal group for a month. The tenants asked to stay there for some more days, the sister of the house’s owner Gayane Hakhverdyan informed journalists. The owner has been summoned by National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.

“My sister had some financial problems, her child studies at Polytechnic University; she had to pay the tuition fee. That is why she rented out the house and lived at mother’s place,” “Armenpress” reports, Hakhverdyan informed. She also added that she possessed no information regarding the nationality of the tenants, but noted that a copy of a woman’s passports was presented when signing the contract who is a resident of Nubarashen, and that real estate agent was nowhere to be found. However, they had noticed nothing strange about the tenants’ behavior.

“Probably they acted in disguise,” Hakhverdyan said. There were young girls among the tenants.

Gayane Hakhverdyan thanked the law enforcement bodies for neutralizing the criminal group because, as she said, in case the group committed any crime, they would feel guilty.
